Hiring for: FOSS Software Services - IQX
As a senior developer, you're not just expected to write clean and scalable code — you're also someone who can architect solutions, mentor others, and make informed technical decisions that scale across projects and teams.
You’ll be working with a team of 30+ tech professionals building FOSS IQX — a digital platform for the food and agriculture industry.
· Take ownership of backend architecture and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
· Designrobust, scalable services in C#/.NET
· Work with systems like SAP, Salesforce, and Snowflake
· Drive quality through test coverage (TDD, integration tests)
· Mentorless experienced developers and help shape best practices
· 5+years of backend development experience
· Deep knowledge of .NET/C# and relational databases (SQL Server)
· Strong hands-on Azure experience — Functions, Cosmos DB, DevOps, etc.
· Solid grasp of architectural patterns, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
· Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
· Have experience with Azure DevOps
· Are comfortable with OpenAPI and client/server architectures
· Know your way around data lakes and tools like Snowflake
· High autonomy and real architectural influence
· A strong engineering culture with room for depth and leadership
· Real-world impact in a global industry
· Flat structure, international team, and fast decision-making
