Head of Support – Greenwave Systems / Wavely Solutions, Copenhagen

Do you want to build and lead a global support function in the mobile industry?

On behalf of Greenwave Systems / Wavely Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Head of Support with a solid background in the mobile or telecom industry, who can establish and run a support organization available to our customers 24/7/365.

About the Role

As Head of Support, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing a round-the-clock support function.
• Ensuring fast and professional handling of inquiries from customers and partners – no matter the time of day.
• Establishing processes for troubleshooting, escalation, and problem prevention.
• Building and leading a highly specialized team delivering support at a global level.
• Working closely with product, development, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Greenwave Systems / Wavely Solutions is your connectivity partner, working with service providers, system integrators, consultants, and device manufacturers.

Our story began with Greenwave Systems, which delivered millions of gateways for industrial IoT and home automation – with a focus on user-friendly interfaces, self-management, and fast deployment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in the mobile or telecom industry.
• Has worked with the establishment or operation of 24/7/365 support functions.
• Has strong leadership skills and can build effective teams.
• Understands both technical challenges and commercial customer needs.
• Can communicate clearly in both Danish and English.
